Hi I'm Laura, owner and operator of Black Photography & Design.

​

I am a photographer with a background in interior design and a love for the great outdoors, wildlife, hiking and travel. I am also a wife and mother to two cheeky little ones.

​

I have been taking photographs for as long as I can remember; from using box disposable cameras or borrowing my mother’s old Canons and have spent the best part of the last decade making a living doing what I love. 

 

I am based in the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne, nestled in next to the Merri Creek.

As well as completing a Certificate IV and Diploma in Photo Imaging (RMIT), I have completed a Diploma in Interior Design & Decoration (RMIT) and love to combine the two disciplines.

I offer a range of photography services including Maternity, Newborn & Family, real estate & architectural photography and offer wildlife and landscape prints for sale.
